Coronavirus Information

Coronavirus – (Covid 19)

If you have viral symptoms of cough, temperature, shortness of breath or a change in your normal sense of taste/smell do not book an appointment here. Please ring the surgery and speak to one of our team first.

Visit www.nhs.uk or ring the NHS helpline on 111 for further information and advice about coronavirus.

Self Isolation Notes

Need a self isolation note for coronavirus?

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work, ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home, you will not need an isolation note.

If you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer use this NHS online service and not your GP practice. Thank you.
